Deliveries and Returns

1 – Delivery Time – Product Availability
Unless in cases of force majeure or during announced online store closure periods clearly posted on the homepage, shipping times will be, within the limits of available stock, those indicated below.
Shipping times run from the order confirmation email date.
For deliveries to Metropolitan France and Monaco, the indicative delivery time is three (3) business days.
For overseas deliveries, the indicative delivery time is six (6) to eight (8) business days depending on destination.
For European deliveries, the indicative delivery time is four (4) to seven (7) business days depending on destination.
For international deliveries, the indicative delivery time is four (4) to eight (8) business days depending on destination.
If the agreed delivery date or time is not met, excluding force majeure or incidents after handover to the carrier, the buyer must, before terminating the contract, give the seller a reasonable additional period to fulfill it.
If not fulfilled by the end of this new period, the buyer may freely terminate the contract.
The buyer must complete these steps successively by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or written notice on another durable medium.
The contract is considered terminated upon the seller's receipt of the letter or notice informing of termination, unless the seller has fulfilled in the meantime.
In this case, when terminated, the seller must refund the buyer all amounts paid, no later than 14 days after the termination date.
If the ordered product is unavailable, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and may cancel the order. The buyer may then request either a refund of amounts paid within 30 days maximum or an exchange.

2 – Delivery Terms and Costs
2.1. Terms
Delivery means handing over the ordered goods to the buyer or any authorized third party.
It occurs only after payment confirmation by the seller's bank.
Ordered products are shipped via Colissimo.
No delivery to:
Countries prohibited by export laws and regulations;
PO boxes or similar addresses.
Products are delivered to the address indicated on the order form; the buyer must ensure its accuracy.
Products from the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses (one delivery address per order).
Any package returned to the seller due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be resent at the buyer's expense.
If the buyer is absent on delivery day, the carrier leaves a notice in the mailbox for pickup at the indicated location and timeframe.
If the original packaging is damaged, torn, or opened upon delivery, the buyer must check the items' condition.
In case of delivery anomaly (damaged item, etc.), the buyer must refuse the package or note handwritten reservations with signature on the delivery note detailing observed anomalies.
This check is deemed done once the buyer or authorized person signs the delivery note.
The buyer must then confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered letter within two business days of receipt and send a copy by fax or mail to the seller at the legal mentions address.

2.2. Costs
Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout, before final order validation, based on number of items and destination country.

2.3. International Delivery
The seller notes that for international deliveries, products may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
Products may incur import taxes payable upon receipt, borne solely by the buyer; the seller bears no responsibility.
The buyer should contact local customs before ordering for relevant information.

3 – Delivery Errors
In addition to carrier reservations, the buyer must notify the seller of any delivery error (e.g., damaged product, opened package) on delivery day or the next business day at latest.

The seller will respond within seven (7) days of receipt.

4 – Right of Withdrawal
Per consumer code provisions, the buyer has fourteen (14) business days from delivery date to return unsuitable items for exchange or refund without penalty, except return shipping costs borne by the buyer.
Products must be returned in original packaging and perfect condition within fourteen (14) days of notifying the seller of withdrawal.
Returns must be in original, complete condition (packaging, accessories, manual...) allowing resale as new, with purchase invoice.
Returned items must meet:
Bags and accessories in/with all original packaging;
Clothing unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags;
Security tags must remain attached if delivered with one.
Otherwise, no refund, and item returned to buyer.
Right of withdrawal via form on www.eternelparisien.fr. Acknowledgment on durable medium sent immediately. Any unambiguous notice expressing withdrawal intent accepted.
Upon timely exercise, product price(s) and shipping costs refunded. Import taxes only if included in purchase price.

Buyer must prove shipment (registered or dated method). Full refund of returned items and initial shipping; return costs borne by seller.
Refunds via original payment method; PayPal automatic to buyer account.
Refund within fourteen (14) days of seller receipt of returned products.
